Cowpoke Metal Return Policy:

At Cowpoke Metal we aim to make high quality custom handcrafted pieces. Due to pieces being made to order, we do not offer returns on pieces that have been customized.

Currently our turn around time is 3 weeks. This may change based on the amount of orders that that we receive at the time. Each piece is handmade from start to finish by one person.

A custom order can NOT be canceled once the order is placed.

A refund will NOT be issued if the customer enters the wrong information. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM ORDERS

A refund or a new piece will be issued if WE make a mistake with the custom piece.

If a piece becomes damaged (loss of crystal, broken chain, broken rings), please reach out to us! We would love to fix your piece free of charge. Customer pays shipping.

Payment Policy:

We require all invoices to be paid in full before your order will be put into production. No exception.
